I am an environmental and natural resource economist and part of the MSU Global Water Initiative. My research interests include water resources and fisheries management, water quality issues, adaptation to climate change, environmental policy design, and decision-making under uncertainty.The methods I use include dynamic programming, optimal control, and mathematical programming.My work often integrates economics with natural and/or physical sciences to address economic questions at the interface between natural resources, theenvironment, andagriculture, andevaluate the welfare and environmental impacts of policies.
