Interest lies in insect-plant interactions. My research concerns the interactions involved in three trophic levels: plants, the herbivorous insects that feed on them and the natural enemies (predators and parasitoids) of these herbivorous insects. Presently examining the question of whether or not cattail hybrids act as sinks (magnets) for herbivorous insects and whether the natural enemies of these herbivores follow the same patterns as their hosts.
